CP-2 One Step Ink & Emulsion Remover
DESCRIPTION
CP-2 is an one step product that removes ink, block out, emulsion and capillary film from the screen all at once. CP-2 begins to work on contact and easily removes all types and combinations of inks and emulsions. CP-2 streamlines screen reclaiming, decreases labor, consolidates products and dramatically reduces the cleaning cost per screen. A versatile, biodegradable solution designed to be used in a variety of ways, CP-2 can be applied by spray for manual cleaning or used in dip tank applications.

DIRECTIONS
Manual Cleaning: Once printing is complete, scrape excess ink from the print side of the screen. Apply CP-2 by spray or wipe to the print side of the screen and scrub. After the ink and emulsion are fully solubilized; apply a high pressure rinse to the print side and the well (ink) side of the screen. As a final step, apply a Kor-Chem Ink Remover to both sides of the screen, then high pressure rinse both screen sides. Flood rinse entire screen with low pressure rinse. Dip Tank Cleaning: Fill dip tank with water and then add CP-2 at a ratio of 1 part CP-2 with up to 6 parts of water. Solution concentration may vary based on screen mesh count, type of ink & emulsion used and amount of ink left on the screen. Once printing is complete, scrape excess ink from the print side of the screen. Place screens in dip tank with CP-2 solution. Once inks and emulsions are fully solubilized, remove screens and apply a high pressure rinse to both sides of the screen. Flood rinse entire screen with low pressure rinse.
