New Policy For Damaged Package:
If a package and the contents you ordered from One Source Supply LLC has arrived damaged, please send pictures of the contents and the box along with the packaging. We are now required to send proof of damaged boxes, not just the contents. If we do not receive pictures of the contents, box and packaging, we cannot replace or refund for damages.
Orders must be thoroughly examined within 7 business days of delivery for any issues or discrepancies. Please report any issues within the 7 business days. After the 7 days, we cannot be held responsible.
